Privacy Policy

Who we are

This site is operated by Apex Signal Technologies, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company doing business as Mox Mulligan. Contact: info@moxmulligan.com.

What this site collects

This site collects personal information only when you give it to us. Through the contact and trade forms, that is your name, email address, an optional subject line, and your message, which go to the operator's email inbox and are kept only to respond to you.

When you buy, you check out on a payment page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address, shipping address, and what you bought, and use them only to fill, ship, and support your order. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage on your device until you check out.

This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics. Theme preference (dark or light mode) is stored in your browser's local storage on your device only and is never transmitted off your device.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count anonymized page views. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect IP addresses for tracking, and does not build user profiles. See Cloudflare's documentation for technical details.

How we use your information

Information you provide is used solely to reply to you and to fill your orders. We share order details only with the services needed to complete a sale (Stripe for payment and the U.S. Postal Service for shipping). We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than direct response.

Data retention

Email correspondence and order records are retained in our inbox for as long as is reasonable for business records (typically up to seven years to align with tax retention requirements). You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@moxmulligan.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact info@moxmulligan.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against automated abuse. We do not store payment information, social security numbers, or other sensitive data on this site. Card payments are entered on Stripe's payment page and go directly to Stripe. Purchases made on TCGplayer are handled by that marketplace, which has its own security and privacy policies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided information through the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

Material changes to this policy will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Acceptance

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Site purpose

This site sells Magic: The Gathering cards and sealed product directly through an online cart and checkout, and takes inquiries from people who want to trade or to sell us a collection. We also sell on TCGplayer, whose own terms govern purchases made there. Any purchase of a collection by us is governed by a separate written agreement between the parties.

Orders, payment, and cancellations

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Oklahoma sales tax is added at checkout for Oklahoma addresses. When you check out, your card is authorized for the order total and charged when we confirm the order, usually within one business day. The same cards may also be listed elsewhere, so if a card has sold before we confirm your order, we cancel that card and you are not charged for it. If we cannot confirm an order, the authorization is released and you are not charged. We may also cancel an order that shows an obvious pricing error.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within the United States by USPS. Orders of $50 or more ship tracked and insured at no charge. Orders under $50 ship in a plain envelope, without tracking, for $1.25. Local pickup in the Oklahoma City metro is free; we email you to arrange a public meeting place. Shipped orders go out within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Returns

If a card arrives not as described (wrong card, wrong printing, or in worse condition than listed), tell us within 14 days of delivery and return it in the same condition for a full refund, including shipping. Other sales are final. Card images on this site are standard images of each card; the condition we list is the condition of the copy you receive.

Site content, layout, photographs, and code are © Apex Signal Technologies, LLC. Magic: The Gathering, all card names, set names, mana symbols, and related marks are © Wizards of the Coast LLC. Mox Mulligan is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.

Links to third-party sites (TCGplayer, eBay, social platforms, etc.) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of external sites.

Contact form acceptable use

Do not use the contact form to send spam, abuse, threats, or solicitations unrelated to the shop's actual business. Submissions are received and read by a real person; treat them accordingly.

Buying terms

Offers extended for collections are estimates based on the information you provide. Final offers are subject to physical inspection of the cards on receipt. If actual condition differs materially from what was represented, the offer may be revised; you may decline the revised offer and have the cards returned at our expense. We do not buy counterfeit cards or cards we suspect to be counterfeit.

The site is provided as-is. We make no warranty as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Card prices and availability shown on this site are subject to change without notice until we confirm them to you. Listings on third-party marketplaces are governed by those marketplaces' rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
