A one-person shop, run honestly.
Mox Mulligan exists because cards collected for thirty years deserve buyers who appreciate them, and because every buyer deserves honest grading.
Who runs the shop
The shop is run by a U.S. military veteran with a long career in cyber operations who has played Magic: The Gathering since 1995. Mox Mulligan is the trade name. The legal business is Apex Signal Technologies, LLC, a single-member Oklahoma limited liability company formed in 2026.
Staying small is a choice. When you buy a card from Mox Mulligan, the person who inspected it is the same person who graded it, listed it, sleeved it, and packed it. There is no warehouse, no listing intern, and no AI auto-pricing.
How listings work
Listings use a standard image of each card, and the grade describes the copy you will receive. Cards are graded on the standard scale (NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG), and the grade reflects the card's worst flaw, not its best angle.
Prices are checked against the live TCGplayer market on the day of listing. Reserved List and vintage cards may be priced a little above market when the condition earns it, and a little below when it does not. Centering, surface, and edge problems are called out in the description.
Cards ship in a penny sleeve inside a semi-rigid holder or top loader. Orders of $50 or more go out in a bubble mailer, tracked and insured, at no charge; smaller orders ship in a plain envelope without tracking for $1.25. If a card arrives not as described, tell us within 14 days and return it for a full refund.
Why “Mox Mulligan”
A Mox is the artifact every Magic player hopes to see in an opening hand: small, rare, and strong enough to change the game. A mulligan is the second chance to draw it. The shop is both: rare cards getting a second chance with people who will use them, instead of sitting in a box for another decade.
